Landlord Law Weekly

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1970-01-01

This policy explains what Landlord Law Weekly ("we") collects when you use https://landlordlawweekly.com or receive our emails, and how we handle it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

What we don't do

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers, each processing data only on our instructions: Cloudflare (hosting, database and inbound email routing), Amazon Web Services (outbound email delivery via Amazon SES), and Stripe (payments). Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

Retention

Unconfirmed signups are deleted after 30 days. When you unsubscribe we keep your address flagged as unsubscribed so we don't email you again; email us to have it erased entirely. Pro billing records are retained as required for accounting.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with one click from any issue, and you can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing hello@landlordlawweekly.com. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Legal bases (EU/UK readers)

We process your email address to perform the subscription you requested (contract) and to send you the newsletter you opted into (consent, which you may withdraw at any time). We process delivery and abuse-prevention data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure service.

Changes and contact

We'll post any changes here. Questions: hello@landlordlawweekly.com or 2800 East Enterprise Avenue, Ste 333, Appleton, WI 54913.
